About the method

Ilana Nevill. There's a lot to discover on her website, including interviews with severa Fk trainers ("in depth / interviews"), reports on a workshop with Mia Segal and background articles (see: "in depth / articles"), and "feldenkrais on air" (see: "innovation").

Yvan Joly. Some texts putting the Fk method in a larger context (somatic education).

Paul Rubin's homepage. In particular Charles Fox's text on "The Feldenkrais Phenomenon".

Robert Schleip organizes the "Somatics Academy" in Munich, and put some articles online. Robert Schleip translated "Body and Mature behavior" to German.

Christoph Görtz' homepage: the background of the FM and exemplary case reports.

Sanjeev Arora describes his experience with RSI and the Feldenkrais method.

Audio

Podcasts by Ryan Nagy. INterviews with Fk people. In particular Mia Segal (Part 1, Part 2), Martin Weiner, Larry Goldfarb, Alan Questel, and others.

Recordings of Moshe Feldenkrais. Lecture on Posture, two ATMs, Interview about Judo.

Interesting online podcast, interview with Irene Pasternack, on how Feldenkrais might help people with Parkinson's disease. (the "science part" of the interview is rather vague, but many other things I liked quite a lot)

Video

Hagit Vardi, in an interview on Feldenkrais and a practical demonstration. Including a 10s-definition which I like: "In the Feldenkrais method we utilize touch, movement and imagery to enhance body awareness in the service of easier function".

TV interview with Ruty Bar, Hebrew with English subtitles.

Mia Segal

MBS academy (Mia Segal and Leora Gaster).

Moshe Feldenkrais at CERN, working with a woman after whiplash.

Research

The IFF Research Journal.

Some research on the FM. (link)

Research on the Alexander technique. I know almost nothing about AT, but there seem to be some similarities to Fk, and "they" seem to be doing a better job at conducting serious research about their work. Might give ideas about potential studies on the FM.

InteliHealth article on the current status of scientific evalutation of the FM. Note the rather distorted description of the FM as "stretching, reaching and changing posture in specific patterns"…

Where/with whom to do Feldenkrais?

Nijmegen/NL: Maja van Niekerk is a Feldenkrais teacher and trainer with Mia Segal's MBS Academy. She teaches at her home in Nijmegen (Public Workshops, Group and Individual Coaching, Individual Lessons) and abroad. I highly recommend her as teacher!

Münster/D: Vera Lämmerzahl was my first (or maybe second) teacher, and I'm very grateful for that.

Paderborn (Schlangen)/D : Christoph Görtz

La Ruzole du Haut / Pyrenees / F: Ilana Nevill

If you want to take part in a Feldenkrais training, based on my personal experience , I recommend visiting a number of trainings, getting to know different teachers, until you find one (or several) you really feel "at home" with. This might take some time… I recently completed the training with Eilat Almagor and Anat Krivine in Strigara/Italy, and am very happy with this choice.
